Claridyne offers a role based administrative functionality designed to provide the System Administrator with a single comprehensive interface to configure the whole system. System Administration is composed of four different modules that together support and customize ClarVanatge to a specific business need. The Administration component allows the management of users, management and customization of the menu system, email notifications, and scheduling of all billing processes.

System Administration is composed of the following modules:

User Management

The User Management Module is used to define and maintain the users of the system. Specific roles for users can also be defined at the time of user creation and edited as needed.

Menu Management

The Menu Management Module is comprised of the Menu Header, the Menu Details and the Menu Item.

Process Monitor

The Process Monitor Module allows the system administrator to schedule, run, and monitor batch process for the event notification process, billing process, invoice process, rating process, and CDR loader in ClarVantage.
