Many
companies want to offer new, value-added services, but are
stalled by inflexible business systems that don’t allow
for rapid deployment of new plans or the introduction of
innovative pricing models. Claridyne solves these
challenges by offering the ability to price services
according to various usage metrics, such as traffic volume,
QoS, content type, and a multitude of other parameters. New
complex offerings can be rapidly brought to market and
priced on a combination of flat, transactional and
usage-based fees, thereby maximizing revenue generation. Claridyne's
Rating engine, delivers powerful and convergent, real-time
rating, which handles today's multi-layered, complex usage
and content scenarios, giving providers the tools to achieve
real revenue assurance. Some of the features include:
Extensive
service and pricing definition – Service bundles, pricing
and discounts can be easily configured and modified in
real-time to quickly respond to new market dynamics.
Fast
time to market - when changes within the system are
required, for example new services, they can be implemented
quickly and easily.
Revenue
Assurance - fast and robust rollback and re-rating of
usage and event records, giving providers greater
flexibility and more control over their business processes.

Convergence - Claridyne's service-neutral rating engine can

therefore able to offer, and bill for
